What a fun! An Andy Warhol Pop Art address book. From the eyecatching "Flowers" cover image, adapted form a 1970 silkscreen and also the tab for the letter "C", through the 1963 "Double Mona Lisa" introducing letter "G", a different Warhol image decorates the tabbed page for each letter or group of letters in the address book's divisions.
Many of the images used in this desk address book are silkscreens, which allowed Warhol to reproduce the same image many times, but with slight, unpredictable variations. "It was all so simple--quick and chancy. I was thrilled with it." Of his trademark method of depersonalized artistic production, Warhol declared, "I think everybody should be a machine."
But don't be a machine yourself: use this vibrant address book to keep track of and keep in touch with your fellow humans!
