Individual Orders from the United States and Canada
Individual customers can order Galison and Mudpuppy products directly over our website by following these simple steps:
- Browse our website.
- When you find a product you like, click on it to see its description and details.
- Type the numerical quantity into the box labeled "qty".
- Click the ADD TO CART button.
- This will take you to the shopping cart, where you can adjust your order and proceed to check out via the Checkout button.
- Once in the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter bill-to and ship-to information.
- On the subsequent pages, follow the steps given and submit your order.
We accept these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Your credit card will be authorized using VeriSign PayFlowPro, secured using Secure Sockets Layer.
When you complete an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email message from our customer service department. If for any reason you do not receive such an email within 12 hours, please email Shannon at sdunphy@galison.com to ensure that your order has been received and is being processed.
A note on Canadian orders:
We are pleased to offer direct shipping to Canadian customers via UPS Standard Service. You may complete your order online as long as you are shipping to a street address. Shipping charges in U.S. Dollars will be calculated at the checkout screen.
Please note that while most of our shipments are not considered dutiable, the status is determined by the Canadian government. GST tax will be added to your invoice.

International Orders
Thank you for your interest in Galison and Mudpuppy. Unfortunately, this website can not accept orders for shipment outside the United States or Canada.
We suggest that international shoppers order Galison and Mudpuppy merchandise through
Amazon.com or from their regional Amazon site, for example:
Amazon United Kingdom.
Amazon does such a large volume of business that they can fulfill international orders from individual customers much more economically than we can directly. Not all our products are availble at Amazon, though: if you really have your heart set on something you can't find with Amazon, e-mail us a list of what you would like to order and where you would like to have it shipped, and we will get back to you to let you know the shipping charges and to help you place your order: sales@galison.com.
