These Chinese Flowers cards are appropriate for every occasion. The cover image of butterflies, bees, and pink flowers and the image of grasshoppers on a rose bush are silk leaves from the Birds and Flowers Album by Ma Yuanyu; (1669-1722); the other two pink flower paintings are by Yun Shouping (1633-1690) from the Album of Flower Paintings. Each card includes a quotation from the Tao Te Ching by Lao Tsu on the back.
