Lowe (1825-1900), famous for his 8-volume Ferns: British and Exotic.
Galision's portfolio holds three cards each of Cystoplens dentata, Asplenium fontanum, and Lastrea Oreopteris, all by Anne Pratt, c. 1880, and Polypodium cuspidatum, 1872, by Edward J. Lowe.
