3-5 processing days + 2-3 delivery days = 5-8 business days from order placed to delivery

Cancellations

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you submit it.

Returns

We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged, with proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.

Please do not send your purchase back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Your bank may take up to 10 days to post the refund to your account.

Another great Galison puzzle!

First time user - Really likes Galison puzzles

We are big time puzzle fans. This purchase was our first time buying from Galison. We were pleased with the purchasing process itself. However, we were less than pleased with the shipping method that Galison uses. They ship via UPS smartpost where UPS transports the package to a near-by US Postal Office (USPS) which then is responsible for the final delivery. While UPS is great and the tracking information is accurate, once the parcel is in the hands of the USPS the tracking information is often lacking and the package inevitably seems to arrive later than the projected delivery date.

Importantly, we are very pleased with the puzzle designs and how the pieces fit together and would order from Galison again

Beautiful, but...

This puzzle was fun and beautiful, however it was not of the same quality I’ve come to expect out of Galison puzzles. Our family has purchased 30+ Galison/Mudpuppy puzzles and have never had one be quite so lacking in quality before. The pieces were all either still stuck together in very large sections that we had to tear apart ourselves or the pieces that were already apart were ripped up and frayed to the point that the puzzle looked quite choppy after being put together. It was still a fun project to work together so I am not completely disappointed. I am hoping it was just a bad lemon and will continue to explore other Galison products in hopes that the quality we’ve become accustomed to is still there.

Galison Puzzles are different - and BETTER!

You definitely want to invest in these puzzles. They are quality construction (it matters), interesting subjects and challenging which makes them fun. So worth it! I'm a newbie, but have already invested in a bunch!
