Michael Storrings The Great White Way 2000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle

I decided to step up my puzzle game and get this wonderful 2000 piece puzzle. It is a challenge for me, for sure! I love all the detail and get very engrossed in working the puzzle. I absolutely love Galison puzzles, but I will say I'm a little disappointed in this one. I'm not sure if it's the piece size or the cut, but so many of the pieces get stuck on each other and when trying to detach them from each other (either in the box or if I've accidentally placed them incorrectly since so many *seem* like they fit in that place but do not really belong there), they tend to start bending the other piece and the knobby ends start to separate layers, which is not great on the puzzle. I'm not rough on puzzles and haven't had this happen to other Galison puzzles. I've gotten better at detaching them a specific way in order to prevent this, but it still happens, and it's kinda a bummer. All in all, though, it's a great puzzle, I love Michael Storrings' work!

Very fun puzzle!

Jigsaw puzzles have become a major activity with increased stay-at-home time. Galison makes top-quality puzzles, with nice, thick pieces and great colors. I wish there were more 2000-piece options!

Great quality puzzles, beautifully vibrant pictures full of colorful details. I’m still working on this one; the 2000 pieces will keep me busy for a while. BTW, you’ll need a pretty big table for this one.

Please, can I have some more?
