Cancellations

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to add products, cancel, edit, or adjust anything to the order after it has been submitted. 

Returns

We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund for items purchased through the Galison.com website that are damaged/broken upon arrival with photo proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.

Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.

Please do not send your purchase back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.

Refunds

Refunds can only be issued to Galison.com orders if the product was purchased within 30 days of the receipt. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Your bank may take up to 10 days to post the refund to your account. 

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Unique and fun puzzle

This is probably the only puzzle that I would consider framing. It is a somewhat challenging puzzle but the best part is looking for the hidden items once the puzzle is completed. We have a lot of kids (ages 4 and up!) stopping in and they love to find the objects. Such a fun activity that keeps kids occupied and engaged.

My Favorite Puzzle

I got this puzzle a few months ago and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. It is genuinely one of my favorite puzzles, in terms of both style and quality. I’ve been watching and waiting for them to release another of this series. I’ll be the first in line to purchase when they do.

Fun poozle

Good quality, fun to put together, and the search and find addition was fun. My husband and I (two fifty year old kids) did struggle a bit with the insert image size. …luckily we are both adorable in our readers!
