Joanna Clay is an artist, designer and illustrator based in the city of Nottingham, UK. Her background in printed textiles largely informs her work, which is evident in her bold colour choices and frequent use of patterns. The natural world and her travels are also great sources of inspiration. Joanna often finds that a trip away and a break from the everyday ignites a renewed passion and excitement for her practice.
