The Galison Creative Pledge was created to help our community navigate an industry currently flooded with AI-generated artwork. We want to take the guesswork out of shopping and clearly identify our work as authentic. Our artists and internal teams work hard to create beautiful pieces for your home, and generative AI has been a damaging obstacle for both us as a company and you as a customer.

 

Generative AI has no place here, and we are dedicated to representing and uplifting our artists. Every day, we see our artists' work stolen and poorly replicated with AI tools, which hurts their brands and calls their authenticity into question. We stand with them, and we hope that by making our products easily identifiable as "human-made," we can give you the comfort of knowing that the product you're buying was made with care, hard work, and honesty.

 

Our artists' work is at the heart of what we make, and we want customers everywhere to see the human talent, craft, and imagination behind each puzzle, game, and gift. Galison does not use generative AI for its artwork. Every design begins with an artist working in their own medium, and their voice and story are a vital part of that promise.
