Galison.com only ships within continental United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We can only ship economy for FPO/APO/DPO.

Most orders are processed in 5 business days and are shipped from our Indiana warehouse via UPS Ground Service.

Fulfillment / UPS Ground Shipping:
3-5 processing days + 2-3 delivery days = 5-8 business days from order placed to delivery. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. The delivery days above are based on an average, are not guaranteed, and may vary based on your location and special circumstances. 

Galison is not responsible for UPS ground service delivery schedules after orders leave our fulfillment center. If there are issues with your shipment please contact UPS customer service.

Cancellations

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to add products, cancel, edit, or adjust anything to the order after it has been submitted. 

Returns

We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund for items purchased through the Galison.com website that are damaged/broken upon arrival with photo proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.

Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.

Please do not send your purchase back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.

Refunds

Refunds can only be issued to Galison.com orders if the product was purchased within 30 days of the receipt. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days. Your bank may take up to 10 days to post the refund to your account. 

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
