Returns

We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged, with proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.

Refunds

Easy and pretty

This is one of the easiest puzzles I've done from Galison. I didn't realize when I purchased that it had many shaped pieces, so I was bummed about that. The puzzle pieces don't hold very well together either. Its a nice image and easy to do, good for kids.

I had very high hopes

I was extremely excited for the 500 piece puzzle with shaped pieces that had plants and butterflies. My favorite subjects.
As another reviewer mentioned this is not the usual Galison cut, and the pieces don't lock together. There were a good amount of puzzle pieces I had to split apart. And large shaped pieces aren't totally flat. Not sure if they bended in the box or not. I will attempt to place them under some heavy books to make them flat.

Not my Favorite Cut

Love the bright colors and fun shapes. The pieces to do not fit together like most Galison puzzles. Not a fan of this cut. The pieces come apart easily. Most Galison puzzles hold together if you pick up the puzzle when complete. This feature sets Galison puzzles apart for most others. . Galsion is still far and above my favorite brand of puzzles.
