Cancellations

Returns

We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged, with proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Wish I was there...

Loved this puzzle ... Such a beautiful scene , as I said, I wish I was there .. Challenging enough to make it interesting and satisfying when completed . The puzzle pieces are first rate in quality, fit and color integrity .

Came with one puzzle and wrong one for the second

Cozy, Fun Puzzle!

This is my second Michael Storrings puzzle, and I really enjoyed it! It was just challenging enough, without being too difficult that it's not fun anymore.

For reference, I did find it much easier than his cherry blossom puzzle. This one has more distinct features which helps me a lot.

It's high quality, colorful, and such a fun design! Perfect for cozying up with a cup of tea as the weather gets colder :)

Fun, Challenging Puzzle!

I love these puzzles designed by Michael Storrie, and own quite a few. This particular one appealed to me because of the beautiful fall colors of the background leaves. I found this to be more challenging than most of Storrie’s puzzles. But, I love a challenge! I would highly recommend this one, especially for working in the fall season.
