Cancellations

We start processing your order as soon as you submit it, so we are unable to cancel, edit, or add products to your order after you submit it.

Returns

We do not offer returns. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is broken or damaged, with proof of damage. Our policy lasts 30 days from date of shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note this does not apply to missing puzzle pieces.

Please do not send your purchase back unless you have been instructed to do so by our Customer Service Department.

Refunds

Beautiful puzzle

Terrific Trina Turk puzzle

This quickly became one of my favorite Galison puzzles. Each small puzzle has dazzling colors, and the color on the backs helped me sort the pieces quickly. When I realized I could also sort them by shape after completing the frame, I was delighted. It’s nice to be able to complete a puzzle in one evening at times.

gorgeous colors

I worked on these puzzles over the course of two really rainy days. The amazing colors really brightened my mood! Each one of the three puzzles has a different colored backing, so you can separate them and finish each one separately, but I mixed them all together and enjoyed the little extra challenge.

When I saw this puzzle, I knew I had to purchase it. The vivid colors is what drew me to the purchase the puzzle. I'm looking forward to working on this puzzle.
